What is PDF Quick Print?

PDF Quick Print is the ability to print labels or envelopes using a PDF document as the label sheet or envelope. We developed this feature to save our customers valuable time. Simply select your prospects, download the PDF and print.

How does it work?

Our server generates the PDF based on your label or envelope preferences. The PDF is formatted so that the address information is placed in the correct location when it prints. It is essentially the same thing as a mail merge except the process is already done for you.

What is the benefit?

It saves you a lot of time! You print the PDF file directly to your printer with your labels or envelopes in the printer tray. You will no longer need to open a separate word processing program and manually perform the time consuming mail merge process.

Labels

At this time we only support Avery® labels. However, many third party label vendors use the same Avery® label specs and state "same size as Avery® xxxx" on the product package. View the label chart below for compatible Avery® labels. Download an example label PDF and test it yourself.

Envelopes
